A Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker, Ms. Teresa David-Carlos was the youngest Director of the bank when she took her seat in 1983. Responsible for reshaping the bank to what it is now, she chairs the Executive, Credit and Risk Management Committees. Outside of the bank, she is President of Mary the Queen Academy of Pampanga, Inc.; Director and Executive Vice-President of House of David Investment and Management Corporation; Director and Executive Vice-President of House of David Realty and Development Corporation; Trustee and Executive Vice-President, House of David Foundation, Inc.; a Trustee of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; Director of DA Market Securities, Inc.; Director, Auditor and Head of the Business Promotions Group of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.; the Chairman of the Pampanga Small and Medium Enterprise Development Council; and the Past President (July 2006-June 2007) of the Confederation of Central Luzon Rural Banks, Inc.

In charge of operations, Mr. Michael Lapid is a member of Executive, Credit and Risk Management Committees. Outside of the bank he is the President of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; the Executive Director of House of David Foundation, Inc.; the Founder of the Center for Pastoral Bible Studies; the Head of the Basic Ecclessial Communities in Guagua, Pampanga; and a Volunteer for the Archdiocesan Pastoral Secretariat of the Archdiocese of San Fernando (Pampanga)

A Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant par excellence, Ms. Elisa Laqui has been with the bank for many years. She is a member of the Executive, Credit, Audit and Risk Management Committees. She also takes on tasks as a Trustee and the Corporate Secretary of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; Corporate Secretary of House of David Investment and Management Corporation; Corporate Secretary of House of David Foundation, Inc.; Corporate Secretary of DA Market Securities, Inc.; Corporate Secretary of House of David Realty and Development Corporation; and as a Trustee of Sta. Rita College (Pampanga), Inc.

Aside from her capacity as Director of the bank, Ms. Yolanda David-Aguila is also a Director and the Executive Vice-President of DA Market Securities, Inc.; Vice-President of House of David Investment and Management Corporation; Assistant Secretary of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; Assistant Secretary of House of David Realty and Development Corporation; and a Trustee of House of David Foundation, Inc.

A member of the Credit and Corporate Governance Committees, Mr. Reynaldo David is also the Vice-Chairman of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; the Special Assistant to the President of the Bank of Lubao, Inc.; a Director of DA Market Securities, Inc.; a Consultant for Crown Bank, Inc.; a Trustee of Mary the Queen Academy of Pampanga, Inc.; a Trustee of House of David Foundation, Inc.; and the youngest Vice-President (1995-1996) of the Pampanga Federation of Rural Banks.

A former bank executive and one of Pampanga’s most prominent businessmen, Mr. Levy Laus chairs the bank’s Audit Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. He is the Founder of the business conglomerate Laus Group; the Chairman of Carworld, Inc.; the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Guarantee & Insurance Company; the Chairman of Global Cars, Inc.; the President of Clark Development Corporation; the Chairman of North Luzon Authority, Inc.; the Chairman of Comtrust Finance & Investment; and the Chairman of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc.

A top lawyer, Mr. Efren Goño is the Chairman of the bank’s Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Outside of the bank, he chairs the Egis Lending Corporation and the Egis Hotels. He is also the Chairman/President of Egis International Trading Corporation and Chairman/President of Philippine Security Specialists, Inc. He is the President of Egis Corporate Services; a Partner at Manguera, Salvador & Goño Law Office; and a Trustee of the Godofredo M. Goño Foundation, Inc.

Mr. Carmelino Roque is the Chairman of the bank's Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. He is a Partner at Roque & Roque Law Firm.
