President/Chief Executive Officer A Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker, Ms. Teresa David-Carlos was the youngest Director of the bank when she took her seat in 1983. Responsible for reshaping the bank to what it is now, she chairs the Executive, Credit and Risk Management Committees. Outside of the bank, she is President of Mary the Queen Academy of Pampanga, Inc.; Director and Executive Vice-President of House of David Investment and Management Corporation; Director and Executive Vice-President of House of David Realty and Development Corporation; Trustee and Executive Vice-President, House of David Foundation, Inc.; a Trustee of Mary the Queen College (Pampanga), Inc.; Director of DA Market Securities, Inc.; Director, Auditor and Head of the Business Promotions Group of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.; the Chairman of the Pampanga Small and Medium Enterprise Development Council; and the Past President (July 2006-June 2007) of the Confederation of Central Luzon Rural Banks, Inc. |
